Digital Ads - Account Manager

Travel is required in and outside of local market.

McAllen, TX

This is not a Sales position but one to develop relationships with our current Advertisers, preparing Media Plan Proposals and managing Campaign set up and activations

Essential Functions

* Deliver insights, recommendations, retention and growth.

* Develop Client Digital Media Plan Proposals and execute with adOps team

* Provide dedicated Account Management service for Key National Accounts

* Daily monitoring of campaign execution

* Resolve issues on a timely manner

* Work cross-functionally within Sales and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

* Develop client insights, reporting, and analysis to present media plan results

* Billing reconciliation

Skills and Experience

* 3+ years of relevant experience in related field. Experience in Digital Media and Advertising required

* Experience with client facing role as a digital Account Manager or Campaign Manager preferred.

* Biligual in Spanish highly preferred

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment

* Capable of taking initiative and negotiating through difficult situations

* Strong understanding of Internet terms and technologies
