Overview Carle Health is seeking an additional Family Medicine APP to join the Primary Care team at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center in Bloomington, Illinois. Opportunity Details Join a team of 4 physicians and dedicated and experienced support staff Primary Care hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30a-5:00p and Tuesday, Thursday 7:30a-7:00p, and Saturday 8:00a-12:00p Able to consult with specialists across the organization Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Us Find it here.
