The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence and Enterprise Customer Incidents and, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and customers and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that employees have the tools and training necessary for success.

This individual will be a member of a new program overseeing how redress is provided to customers across the company. Redress & Restitution refers to payments or other adjustments made by Wells Fargo to care for our customers after a non-systemic instance of customer impact. Redress & Restitution can be thought of as a similar program to Remediation (which cares for systemic instances of customer impact). Redress is a critical part of how we do right by our customers and provide consistent and fair resolutions to instances of negative customer impact. 


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Be a data storyteller who can build a narrative around a set of data and its accompanying visualizations to help convey the meaning of that data in a powerful and compelling fashion. Specifically, with an eye for redress. This is an enterprise-wide position that will be responsible for scaling large amounts of data into a digestible format for action at the executive level including CEO, CRO, COO and CEO of the 5 main business groups i.e. CL, CSBB, WIM, CIB, CB
  • Serve as a liaison and thought partner for business teams and other front-line teams who have responsibilities under the Redress & Restitution Policy in relation to insights
  • Help to mature and evolve the new Enterprise Customer Redress Office


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
  • Knowledge and understanding of data organizing or structuring complex data across varied data sources
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
  • Ability to create dynamic executive level-related PowerPoint presentations including: charts and graphs
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer related redress & restitution policy, process, and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: statistical analysis, modeling, and reporting

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
